Randy's most recent CD features his compositions and arrangements for quintet, featuring two of the top horn men in the Pacific Northwest: Thomas Marriott on trumpet and flugelhorn, and Mark Taylor on alto sax. Bassist Jeff Johnson and drummer Mark Ivester anchor the rhythm section. This disc is a full-body experience: music for the mind, for the heart, and for the gut!

Randy's most recent CD presents his arrangements of standards, obscure gems, and even Chopin. It features two of the Northwest's finest musicians, Jeff Johnson on bass and Gary Hobbs on drums. The degree of interplay among these three musicians leaves no doubt that they are on parallel tracks!

10 JuggernautThis CD features five wonderful vocalists, including Whitney James, Kendra Shank, Becca Duran, Kris O'Grady, and Jay Clayton. Also featured are Phil Sparks on bass, Greg Williamson on drums, and Hans Teuber on alto saxophone. Randy composed the music and lyrics for the seven vocal tracks and the three instrumentals. In 2000 Kendra re-recorded the song When Springtime Turns to Fall on her own wonderful CD Reflections (Jazz Focus). In 2002, the same song was published in the All-Jazz Real Book (Sher Music Co.).
